Delete Your Account

Follow these steps to permanently delete your CarbTrack account and all associated data.

How to delete your account

  1. 1 Open CarbTrack on your device
  2. 2 Navigate to the "More" tab
  3. 3 Tap "Account"
  4. 4 Tap "Delete Account"
  5. 5 Confirm deletion when prompted

What gets deleted

  • All local data on your device (glucose readings, meal logs, insulin doses)
  • Cloud-synced data (removed within 30 days)
  • Your account and login credentials

Important

If you have an active subscription, you must cancel it separately through the App Store or Google Play Store. Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription.
